An expert second look at your records and imaging.

When surgery, a biologic procedure, or a long rehabilitation is on the table, an independent review of the records and the images themselves can clarify the diagnosis and the plan. Dr. Goldwaser personally reviews the materials and delivers a written expert opinion. No visit required.

How it works

Four steps, in writing.

This is a private expert-review engagement: a fee for the expert's time reviewing your records and imaging, with the scope, fee, and turnaround defined in a signed agreement before the review begins.

01
Request the reviewContact the company and describe the decision you're weighing. Please don't include symptoms, diagnoses, or clinical details in your message.
02
Sign the engagement agreementScope, fee, and turnaround are set in writing and signed by both sides before any records are sent.
03
Send records and imagingSecure upload instructions are provided after the agreement is signed: the actual images (MRI, X-ray, or ultrasound), the written reports, operative or procedure notes, and the relevant clinical notes.
04
Receive the written opinionDr. Goldwaser personally reviews the records and imaging, never a summary prepared by someone else, and you receive a written expert opinion.

What the opinion covers

  • Whether the imaging findings support the stated diagnosis
  • Whether the proposed plan fits what the images show
  • Alternatives worth discussing with your treating physician
  • Concrete questions to bring to your next appointment

Fee & turnaround

Clear terms, on request.

  • Flat fee schedule, quoted in writing before the review begins
  • Standard and expedited turnaround options
  • Private-pay only; no insurance is billed

What to provide

Gather this before you submit.

  • Prior imaging: the actual images, not just the written report
  • Imaging reports and radiology reads
  • Operative or procedure reports, if any
  • Clinical notes related to the problem
  • Your competitive level and the activity you're trying to return to

Important

General information only: this page does not diagnose a condition or recommend a treatment, and a records review is not a substitute for care from your own physician. The engagement is structured as an independent expert review; its scope is defined by the written agreement.
